I have been renting an AXIS property since March 2019 and have zero issues thus far. There was a problem with the portal allowing me to make a partial payment, but a quick call to AXIS solved this issue without heartache. The garage door spring recently broke on a weekend and we had it resolved before Tuesday at noon thanks to the AXIS team. The rental price for the home and location are perfectly inline with the market for the area and the application process was painless. I would recommend AXIS as a property management company for a home owner, or anyone looking to rent alike without a doubt.
