Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated candidate who wants a challenging and rewarding position. Work week typically runs 30-40 hrs per week with the opportunity for overtime. No experience necessary--we want someone who wants to learn and is gratified by helping our customers.

Job duties include (but not limited to):
Perform pest control duties with an understanding of Integrated Pest Management, Fulfill daily routes (valley-wide), Communicate effectively with customers, Complete paperwork cleanly and timely on a daily basis, Scaling ladders on regular basis, Mixing and applying chemical per manufacturer label instructions, Following all laws and regulations.

Part-Time Office Assistant - Licensed Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a customer-focused licensed real estate agent to partner with us in servicing our leads on a part-time basis (15 hours/week). QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Arizona Real Estate License.

  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

  • Problem solver and good listening skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus (not required).

  • Property management experience is a plus (not required).

Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a maintenance supervisor to maintain our 200+ rental properties. Major responsibilities include maintaining property interiors, exteriors, appliances, and equipment by assessing and performing needed repairs and rebuilding or replacing components as needed. May be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance personnel to perform specific tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be reliable and physically able to perform strenuous duties.

  • Strong leadership skills and organization.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, flooring, roofing, and carpentry.

  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices.

  • Experience scheduling, supervising and evaluating staff.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Knowledgeable of OSHA Safety Regulations.

  • Certifications such as, HVAC and CPO are a plus!
